Museann (check us at museann.pl), operating under the brand ZinkWP, ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website https://zinkwp.com and builds WordPress plugins (including IndexFixer). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and strictly protect your data.

1. Google User Data (Google Search Console)

The IndexFixer plugin, through our application, accesses your Google Search Console data via the Google API. Here is exactly how we handle this data:

• Access: With the webmasters.readonly scope we access only what is needed to provide the service: the list of your verified Search Console properties and the indexing status of your URLs (URL Inspection API and Search Analytics API).
• Use: Our server (api.zinkwp.com) fetches this data from Google on your behalf, on a schedule, and uses it solely to show you the indexing status and history of your URLs inside your WordPress dashboard. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
• Storage: To monitor indexing over time and show history and trends, we store your indexing results (your URLs and their Google index status, with timestamps) on our servers (api.zinkwp.com). Access is scoped to your account. A copy is also stored in your own WordPress database so the plugin can display it.
• Sharing: We do not share your Google user data with any third party, including AI providers.

2. Authentication Tokens

So that you can connect Google Search Console without creating your own Google Cloud project, our central server (api.zinkwp.com) handles the Google OAuth flow.

• When you connect your Google account, our server receives an OAuth access token and refresh token from Google.
• These tokens are encrypted at rest on our server and are used only to fetch your Search Console indexing data on your behalf. They are never shared with third parties.
• You can disconnect Google Search Console at any time from your account; doing so deletes the stored tokens.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your Google tokens and indexing data only while your account and site connection are active. You can:

• Disconnect a site or Google Search Console at any time — this deletes the associated tokens and stops data collection.
• Request full deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected]. We delete it within 30 days.

4. Limited Use Disclosure

ZinkWP's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
