Terms of Service

Museann — Paweł Zinkiewicz, operating under the brand ZinkWP ("we", "our", or "us"), provides the IndexFixer Pro plugin and related hosted services (the "Service"). By purchasing, installing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

IndexFixer Pro is a WordPress plugin combined with a hosted service that monitors the Google indexing status of your website's URLs using the Google Search Console API. The plugin displays this data inside your WordPress dashboard.

2. Subscription and Billing

• The Service is offered as an annual subscription of €50 per year, per website. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
• Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
• A license covers one (1) website. Additional websites require additional subscriptions.

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact [email protected] for a full refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to connect only Google Search Console properties that you own or are authorised to access, and to use the Service in compliance with Google's terms and applicable law. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data, including Google user data from Search Console, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

IndexFixer reports indexing information provided by Google. We do not control Google's indexing decisions and do not guarantee that any URL will be indexed, ranked, or receive traffic. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We depend on the availability of the Google Search Console API and are not liable for interruptions caused by Google.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your stored tokens and data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Provider

These Terms are governed by the law of Poland. The service provider is:
